Country sunnies. The pancake week at "Dacha" has appeared tremendously effective as a farewell to the winter. Last days the amazing weather keeps, the sun has warmed and the magic spring mood has lodged in soul. If the weather conditions will improve further, we shall probably open the summer part of the restaurant very soon. And now look, what wonderful dandelions are blooming here!   The dandelions similar to small sunnies, turn yellow on a lawn. They cause a smile, they promise fast summer. The first bees have already found and were delighted. And at this time wonderful, fragrant and ruddy pancakes similar to the sun which bear the parts of spring, light and the kindest feelings in itselves are baked at “Dacha” kitchen.
