Somewhere in childhood …Early morning, bright beams of the sun make the way through lacy curtains. The canary is singing in the cage at the window. You wake up because of these sounds and light and understand that absolutely improbable smell is spread in the house. You lower barefooted feet from a bed on a wooden floor and run to the kitchen. It is summer, you spend the vacation at dacha. Grandmother and grandfather are cooking jam. And if you will be lucky it will be possible to get a saucer of airy and sweet foam or berries in syrup, to eat all up to last droplet with tea spoon, to get dirty and to receive the unbelievable pleasure. And then jam will be removed from a copper basin to jars of glass and it will be possible to drink tea with it in winter. And though it seems to be just memories actually now it is absolutely real to taste pure home-made jam. Now at restaurant Dacha grandmother and grandfather cook it especially for you of perfect seasonal fruits. Today we shall submit to you a fragrant strawberry jam – juicy berries roll in the sated syrup and it tastes absolutely the same, as in the childhood. Enjoy!
